Solution: COCY develops hotel electronic smart door locking system which is based on more than a decade's experiences on electronic lock manufacturing and hotel running. We provide various keyless entry, reliable and high efficient hotel smart door lock management systems for hotels.

COCY locking system can be classified into Contact Smart Card (Siemens SLE4442) Lock, Magnetic Stripe Card Lock,  RFID Contactless Proximity Card (Temic / Mifare) Lock; it integrates durable mechanical design, computer & information skills as well as accurate micro electronics technology, which is proved to be one of the most trustworthy safe solutions.

Locking System Basic Configuration:   Lock, Keycard, Keycard Encoder, Lock Management Software.

The keycard can be classified into different levels and programmed by encoder and software with different functions and rights to access doors. All unlocking events are recorded in the lock and can be downloaded for tracking. This enhances both locking efficiency and hotel management efficiency.

Locking Management Softare Advantages:

◆ Perfect card management mode:
  1) Using a new card to replace the old one: if a guest lost the keycard, a new card can be issued and the old one       will be invalidated. The new card can be used right away and there is no need to reset the lock.
  2) Quick Group Issuing Function: when issuing a second card for the same room, it can be done by simply       duplicating or adding cards.
  3) Lost and Damaged Function: when a room card is lost or damaged, Lost and Damaged Function can be       used to handle the situation.
◆ Room Status List: front desk can run issuing, cancelling, checking and editing of a specific room in the       Room Status part of the lock software.
◆ Password protection to login.
◆ PMS interface: COCYLOCK owns rich experience to integrate with most common PMS systems (such as       Fidelio and etc.).

RFID Mifare Card Lock Unique Advantages (One-Card Solution):
The same Mifare Keycard can be used as the shared transponder to access the hotel guestroom, to activate the room power, or to rent the locker in gym/swimming pool facilities; and it can be used for car parking, elevator entry, business center & cashless consumption in the hotel restaurant or club.
